4Privacy authorisation and service transparency principles

I confirm that the information above is accurate and I authorise the YILV CHINA clinical medical team to de-identify the submitted materials in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2010), for use solely in assessing the feasibility of admission by directors at Chinese tertiary hospitals. Read the Privacy & PDPA policyI fully understand and acknowledge that: receiving and screening submitted materials is 100% free; if the case is confirmed as admissible and both parties agree to begin record restructuring, written specialist review by national-level Chinese experts and submission/hospital coordination, YILV CHINA will charge a transparently disclosed fixed service fee of $300 USD (approximately RM 1,400), with a full refund if the experts assess the condition as untreatable. Once hospital coordination and appointment/record registration are complete, the platform service ends; subsequent treatment in China is handled by the receiving hospital team, and companionship, ground handling, visa, travel, accommodation and hospital medical fees are all excluded.
